Embroidery is the process by which a design is sewn onto a garment using a computerised embroidery machine. The process gives a highly professional long lasting appearance and is suitable for text or logos. We use modern industrial embroidery machines which give a professional finish.

To embroider logos onto items chosen the logo has to be digitized using specialist digitizing software. The end result is an embroidered logo that replicates the customer's artwork exactly.

For the majority of text only embroidery there is no set up charge. We have choice of fonts that the customer can choose from. If a specific font is not available a setup charge would be incurred.

VINYL TRANSFER PRINTING

Logos, text, names and numbers can all be cut using different types of vinyl material that give a range of effects. We can cut any name and number in any style and from a wide selection of colours, giving our customers the maximum impact for the range of clothing chosen.

They are then applied to the garments using a heat transfer system.

DTF PRINTING

DTF (Direct-To-Film) printing is a new and innovative process where high-resolution images are printed with specialized inks onto PET film. This printed film is known as a DTF transfer, which is then heat pressed onto various substrates, producing vibrant, full-color designs with superior quality and durability.
